I have a tablet and a cell phone. My teenage girls too. I left them all in my room overnight to charge (and monitor usage). I hated the clutter on my bedside table with a bunch of gadgets, multiple chargers, and long cords. Also, I had to unplug all chargers before work to avoid overheating (or whatever) when I wasn't home. The shutdown took so long. I've looked on Amazon for a good extension cord with a switch but that doesn't help with all the hanging/dirty cords and appliances. When I discovered this charger I was very excited. This multi-device charger solved all my charging problems. /danger/organizational problems. It is great. Please read the specifications as some products do not come with cables. In my case they were. I have three iPhone type cables and two Android type cables. This product/seller does not allow you to select the cable type, so I purchased 8 more Android cables separately. The charger has a "quick charge function" that automatically switches to normal for devices that do not support this type of charging. It also has a switch that I can turn off before I go to work. So I really like it! I think I can get another one for the living room so our guests can enjoy that courtesy. So happy with my purchase, would highly recommend.
