I bought three of these from different sellers. None of them had any problems. I use one in my truck for my wife. One in my bubble bath to get out and one in my kitchen for the grandkids to help cook. All are rarely used with loads under 200lbs. They're practical for what they are, but for larger or heavier interiors, you should probably go with a three-step folding ladder. I also have one of these and it works well for getting higher while staying stable. All these foldable items are easy to use and store.
