Leans forward too much

I bought this chair because I have pretty bad sciatic nerve pain and the seat of my last chair was too hard. This chair has a very padded seat which would be perfect if there wasn't one thing: for some reason the seat tilts forward. I adjusted the incline for him as much as possible but he still leans forward. Unfortunately, this puts unnecessary pressure on your lower back. Nothing in the photo or the reviews indicated that the chair would lean forward. I'm a little annoyed that I spent money on a chair I can't sit in for more than 10 minutes without pain.
