I took a chance and bought it instead of the more expensive version from the pharmacy. I didn't use any of the chemical types, but spending $70 or more on a foam gun didn't matter enough to me. The only problem I have is that the rubber suction hose comes off when I use hot water. This can be solved with a small clamp and I don't think you will have any further problems. So far it has worked very well and withstood over 200°C of water from our small commercial washing machine. We use a HyFlo Bearcat Diesel heated pressure washer. The foam is very thick when hot water is turned on. If you don't use hot water it still makes a good foam but it's not as thick. Overall this is excellent value for money. I highly recommend you try this product before spending over $100 on pharmacies.
