I bought two of these to cut the decals on the Cameo 4, one to cut through the vinyl and one to cut through. These blades cut very well. I don't know how long they will last but it looks like a deal. They were detected as automatic blades in tool holder 1 with the black and gray adapters. They didn't originally match the adapters and I had to cut all the silver paint off the CB09 body to fit them. I also cut a slit in the top of the regulator because only the top is exposed when it's in the adapter. The blades come with springs but the last blade holder has a constant spring so I didn't use a spring. It can be a bit difficult to insert the blade through the tip as it can catch on the internal spring. Others have recommended putting a drop of machine oil on the taper bearing and I removed the adjustment screw entirely to apply some synthetic lube to the threads to keep it turning smoothly. Cameo 4 tries to set the blade depth (which has to be done manually with this cutter), but everything else works fine.
