USB Not what I expected

"plus USB charging ports that allow you to charge two mobile devices at once." Um, no. My wife has a Samsung 7 Edge and I have an 8+. If you plug it in and wait 10 seconds, it will charge (slowly). If you connect a second phone, both will stop charging. That was the whole point of my purchase.
