I like the way this dress looks. It's 100% polyester, so the material doesn't stretch at all. The elastic in the sleeves was a bit of a hassle for me as my arms are larger BUT after some googling here's what worked for me: Hand wash the dress in lukewarm/warm water. Sweep. Fill a sink with lukewarm/warm water and add some liquid fabric softener (about 2 tablespoons). Soak the dress for 30-60 minutes. Rinse the dress. Hang to dry. While the dress is still wet, wear it around the house. Something about the fabric softener helps the material stretch while it's on the body and that has helped make it more comfortable for me. If the sleeves are too tight and the dress otherwise fits, I wouldn't buy it. It will look like a tent as it is already loose. Overall I find it very cute and entertaining, with a few caveats!
