Given the small number of reviews, I was hesitant at first. But after looking around Amazon and not finding many others of a similar price and style I settled on this one. That's a beast. It is very durable and the style is very unique. I can't say how it's going long-term yet, but I'll update the information in a few weeks. The reason for the 4 stars is due to the clips that hold the cable in the integrated cable routing channel. Clips work, but only in the middle part of the channel. On the outer parts of the tube (where the cable enters and exits the tube) they don't seem to snap and this is due to the metal itself as the clamps in the middle of the arm work perfectly. Otherwise the tension works great and holds the mic great and once you get the tension right you can hold it there depending on how heavy your mic is with maybe a little adjustment to get it out of the way. Great mic mount, wish the clamps worked towards the ends of the duct but for $50 this is a very good buy.
