UNSAFE and shaky outdoors
WARNING! This stool seemed perfect! Portable, cute and lightweight. Well it sat for about 3 minutes, latched properly when leaning forward, didn't collapse. Falling back of the seated person. The weight limit was not even halfway and the subject sat motionless in the chair, neither hunched over nor hunched over. This is a disaster that is about to happen.
