The customer service support from Northern Light has been fantastic. They have been extremely helpful in answering my questions and getting me set up with the software as quickly as possible. I am able to track my social media ROI and create custom dashboards that help me see what posts are performing well and which ones need improvement. I can also set alerts so that I know when something relevant happens on Twitter or Instagram. I cannot think of anything I dislike about the product. It has been very easy to use and understand.
