Not pregnant - four kids and never used it while pregnant so can't give you feedback on it. However, I went through a breakup that eventually turned my depression into a kind of spiral. This "boyfriend pillow" as I call it was and still is a great substitute for a warm body. I curl up into a ball and it seems like arms are hugging me. Perfect for working from home, it also supports you on days when you're too depressed to get dressed and go to the office. So good that I didn't even want to get out of bed. This boyfriend pillow is AMAZING - you don't even need the real thing. I only wish it had a vibration function. Ha ha. mostly joking.
