I recently started baking bread at home and after baking one loaf I had to put it on a plate and either put it in Wrap in aluminum foil or plastic wrap for storage. I've done this several times and found that these coatings trap moisture in the bread and potentially cause it to lose its crust or mold faster than it should. When I saw these bags at Revain I decided to try them. They arrived quickly and I couldn't be happier with them. They are good quality and the perfect size for 2 loaves of my freshly baked sourdough bread. I like that they both protect the bread but also allow the bread to breathe and not retain moisture. I highly recommend them.
