Received these and only used one. I tried using it today and 2 out of 4 are rubbish! Don't waste your money! I spoke to customer service and they are sending me a new batch. The product fits well and looks good, the only issue I had was with the way it was packaged. Shipping a new order will fix this. New update, I received two new mascaras to replace the two broken ones. When I opened them, BOTH replacement mascaras were broken, as were the two they replaced. However, they sent me many perfume samples. I'll mark it as a lesson we learned and save my money for next time.
