The product was not in the original packaging. The hoses were worn out like they were in someone's makeup bag. A tube had dried mascara pieces on the outside. I do not use this product in any way. It appears to have been used. I am disappointed and stunned.

This is my favorite mascara and I use it the most so it makes sense to buy 4 mascaras in this size as a normal sized tube sometimes dries out sooner and glued together than I would like ! If this is your favorite, love them! This mascara is always in the top 10 on everyone's list as everyone's favorite. I am very happy with this purchase! Also love Lil's cute gift bag and the treats that came with it!

2 out of 4 tubes were completely empty and had no mascara in them at all. Literally nothing comes on a stick. This list might blow your mind. Beware!

I used to buy this product and it was really amazing but this time unfortunately I got 2 mascaras none of the brushes were broken but I still love a little makeup . bag, it's really nice color and beautiful!

This is my favorite mascara in the world. Also, this company sent it to me in a nice makeup bag and complete with a blush brush. I also like travel sizes because I try to throw away my mascara every month so you don't feel like you're wasting your money.

Received these and only used one. I tried using it today and 2 out of 4 are rubbish! Don't waste your money! I spoke to customer service and they are sending me a new batch. The product fits well and looks good, the only issue I had was with the way it was packaged. Shipping a new order will fix this. New update, I received two new mascaras to replace the two broken ones. When I opened them, BOTH replacement mascaras were broken, as were the two they replaced. However, they sent me many perfume

It doesn't irritate my eyes but there's a lot of mascara on the brush so you have to wipe it off before applying, once you've applied you have way too much Mascara on lashes seems to me that it dries longer so it's not as easy to apply and when you sweat it smudges
