This body armor is crazy and very high quality! I would recommend it to anyone without hesitation. You really get what you pay for with this item. The built in kidney belt is just as good as my custom kidney belt which I wear prior to purchasing this armor. I have two other body protectors and each time I fell hard and bruised my ribs each time. These protectors don't cover my ribs the way this kit does. This armor fully covers my ribs and any other areas I want (chest, shoulders, spine, tailbone, elbows, forearms, abdomen). I feel like I can go to war in this armor and be safe. The movements in the armor are excellent, there are no restrictions whatsoever. It's also very breathable. I haven't done this yet, but you can also open the lower sleeves by unbuttoning them and you have a short sleeve suit.
