Review on Dell S2318H LED Monitor - Crystal 💻 Clear Display with Built-In Speakers and HD Quality by Dracon Tegan

I bought it to use with my Surface Pro 3 when I'm at my desk. It connects to the SP3 via a direct HDMI cable and works well. The monitor screen is bright and looks good. However, I only give it 4 stars because the built-in speakers are very weak. I watch quite a few tutorial videos and youtube videos and when the room is absolutely quiet the volume is still not that loud even on the highest volume. If the TV's on, forget it. I connected a bluetooth speaker to the bluetooth speaker via the 3mm headphone jack on the monitor and now the sound level is much higher. You can also connect a pair of computer speakers. Either way, you'll need one or the other if you want more than low volume.
