My husband and I take our dog out for an hour every day and it gets cold here in Maine. I wanted a lightweight face cover that would protect against wind and weather without being bulky or fluffy. This mask is perfect for that. This is nice because if you get overheated you can pull your head down to release body heat. If you want to speak freely, you can pull down the part of the face mask. Or, if you just want to use it as a neck brace, you can pull the whole thing down. I love that I can wear it under my hat as it's nice and thin. The microfleece lining is very flexible and not bulky.
