I love this device. It's small enough to carry in your pocket and has a bright, easy-to-read screen. Then why did I initiate the return process? Well, at first I thought it was defective. I charged it for several hours and then tried to use it. It does not work. Always off. Frustrated I wanted to throw it back to the manufacturer. Decided to let it charge overnight. The BTW battery showed a full charge in about an hour. Then I tried again and it didn't work. Then I unplugged the charging cable and it worked. Pairing took a few tries and doesn't work when the charger is plugged in. In any case, it's working fine now, but some simple instructions would be nice. Almost none out of the box. I decided to keep it because it's easy to use (once set up) and there are no monthly fees. I don't think you can go wrong with this once you've done it. Highly recommended.
