Had to buy a new transmission mount after my original fell apart. It was a direct replacement. Some tips and tricks: Do not tighten all the screws before you have installed the cross member. Because it's going to be hell to line it up properly when you do. Instead, just screw in the mounting bolts (the bolts that attach to your frame) just a few turns so the mount will still give and move a little. Then align your crossbar and after that install and you're done. Fully tighten all screws on the transmission carrier.
