Absolutely satisfied with these Philips headphones

Well packaged. AMAZING product quality. It's great to get these beautiful headphones with a hard case for protection and travel. People have complained about the noise cancellation, but mine works perfectly. The only thing I don't really like is that I can hear a little hiss between songs so I prefer to turn it off, but when it's on it really blocks out all noise from the road and it should work. So when it's rush hour, I tune in and my ears settle down. I like listening to many genres of music, from baroque to glam or any type of heavy metal, blues, jazz, rock and people who criticize headphones for bass etc., but in general you have to adjust your equalizer for each type, but not only for each sort, but for each pair of different headphones or speakers you're going to use. For most people this is not a problem, but a personal preference. The SOUND of this Philips is good. I try to make phone calls and people say they can hear me like I'm in a bucket or something. but for me their voices were crystal clear but it seems like my voice sounds different but I didn't feel like they didn't understand me clearly so I think everything is working fine. Construction, materials etc are as good as BOSE or SONY, maybe these are more comfortable for me (I have big ears) but these fit me better, the ear pads are very soft! really comfortable. The pressure on the head is a little tight, not very uncomfortable, but I feel like a pair of headphones on my head the entire time. READ THE MANUAL, it's really simple and clear and works great as described by Philips. I don't use the google assistant, mostly because you just open your mic so google can hear you through the mic (probably they already do that lol). One more thing. Volume. Headphones have their own volume scale that differs depending on the source (phone, MAC or whatever you are using). So remember, try to protect your ears by not hearing high-pitched sounds and learn to listen at a lower average volume so your ears needed training for details (just a personal suggestion). So if you need more volume, turn up the volume on the source and headphones. I'll try to update my review after the summer to see how the battery holds up if it starts breaking or the moving parts start making noise or something. I hope this review helps you decide whether or not to buy these headphones. Highly recommended, I got a great price otherwise I would end up buying cheap Chinese headphones. The Bluetooth connection was very reliable and could be up to 10m away from the source in different rooms. WOW, the beginning of Bach. I have to listen to it. Have a nice day, enjoy your music.**************************************** ***** ********************************************* ************* MONTH OF USE: ********************************** ****** Well I'd love to fall in love with these headphones but I'm glad I had the opportunity to update my review. After a month of daily use I got my list and why I decided to downgrade my rating to 4 stars. PROS: The battery is amazing, I only charged it once a few days ago and will keep playing, let's see how long the battery really lasts, then what's my question. Should I buy a new pair? Will Philips be so kind as to replace the battery? The sound is still very good. The design is beautiful and most of the materials used are great. The connection was great, no problems. There is one of this quality. When I use it with a cord it's also very good and I don't hear the cord's audio like I do with those little earbuds that came with your phone. CONS: The only but very important cons I found are the ear pads, mine were very comfortable for the first week, after that I have to constantly change the position of the headphones to avoid earaches or headaches, which is not good , I should probably only give 3 stars, but the sound is really good. I don't know if I can replace these pads with others. The left and right sides are shaped differently, the left has some chunky spots on the foam and no more padding. The material of the pads is really soft, but because they are leather or PU (synthetic leather), they will get hot after a long time, but I live in a cold city, so it doesn't bother the mayor. I don't know if memory foam pads are made, but I may need others for someone that works, so I'll only take one star, that's personal experience. If anyone knows how to change these pads I appreciate your comments and help. The pressure from the headphones themselves is strong so probably if you think you have a big head I would recommend avoiding them, the new ones are so soft but after a few days of use you will notice. I would like to give a second chance if I can replace the PADS, maybe it will help me in my experience with these great headphones. I would not recommend these headphones due to this issue, it's becoming a really personal situation and now with COVID you probably won't get a chance to try them before you buy them. TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF.

Pros
  • Touch Control. Swipe, tap and tap for easy controls. Adjust the volume by swiping up or down on the Touch Control Pad on the earcup. You can enable or disable active noise cancellation with a single touch. Or turn on Awareness mode to learn more about the world around you while the music plays.
Cons
  • Almost everything is included
