Staring at my computer screens at work all day have been really rough on my eyes. I bought these bluelight blocking screen protection in an attempt to help with this issue. It has absolutely made a difference. My eyes are a lot less dry during the day. The anti-glare protect lion works well too. I no longer have a glare from the sun. I sit right by next to a huge window so obviously that is extremely helpful. They make my screens seem brighter and they sit perfectly and easily on my monitors which gives it a nice sleek look.
