Bad product and bad customer service.

I found it expensive given the size and abundance. Also, I can't reach the basket without scratching Dickens out of my hand. I bought two of these and one of them kept draining the batteries for a day even with the light not on. After using 12 batteries I contacted the company and they said they would send me a replacement cord. It's been two months and I still haven't received it. I contacted them again (forwarded all email correspondence) and they ended up sending me a string of lights with a plug-in, which is useless. It's all about keeping the battery going. Bad product and bad customer service.
