I like this product. Just take it slow and be patient if you've never used anything like this before. For my example: I cut a 2" WOF strip, not a bevel cut. Make a 45 degree cut at the end of the strip. Place the fabric strip and machine on the ironing board with the hot iron. Thread the pointed end of the fabric into the device with an awl. Pull out about 6-8" and you will see your ribbon take shape. Pull and push. I don't cut the fabric at an angle for this. (Too bad I didn't have that manufacturer when I made the masks. As you all remember, when we first started making masks we didn't have elastics for the ear loops and we had to sew on ribbons.)
