The difficulty lies in the alignment of the legs. This is very handy for adapting to different uses/positions as advertised. However, it takes a bit of work before you actually install the computer. It works for me, but I can see where someone else will struggle and get frustrated. Highlighting or numbering the alignment lines at the leg hubs would be helpful.
