At $300 this was an amazing budget solution to ensure the expiration date was more securely affixed to our hot sauce bottles. It comes with a protector to help align the bottle to print the label accurately on the glass bottle. My only pseudo-complaint is that this keeper requires you to build a case to put the bottle in to set the date. Luckily I passed the shop in high school. As long as you store the ink cartridge according to the instructions we have enough ink for literally thousands of bottles on the cartridge provided. We ordered backups, but after the first month of use we still haven't had to replace them.
