Drone problem straight out of the box where is my return. 3 weeks have passed

Great drone, I have ordered 4 of these in the last 3 years. The last H501 I bought had a bad curcit speed controller controlling 1 of 4 motors so it never works. I sent it back 3 weeks ago with the label printed out and am checking my return status. It says "Refund will be sent when we receive the drone." Shipping by UPS, what is the delay? Why didn't Revan get it? Hope this isn't a scam.
