Not very sticky and the little tabs don't bother.
The cable worked, but the glue isn't very sticky. The one I received was missing some of the paper protecting the glue, so I don't think it stuck. I had to keep clicking the ribbon every time I turned the screen back on. Also, the protrusions that line up with the holes on the metal bracket are very short or non-existent. They don't do anything to align the tape on the mount, so have a look before you press it.
