Working from home during the pandemic (which as I write this in July 2021 seems to be roaring back), I got in the bad habit of reusing and reusing and reusing plastic water bottles that I would fill with water and put in the refrigerator or freezer. I'm talking about water bottles that are intended for single use, like Dasani or whatever. I do have a couple of nice, insulated water bottles I use as well (The Flow, also on Ebay), but I've been using the cheap bottles too. I don't know how long you can keep using them without chemicals leaching out, but I decided I needed to buy two or three inexpensive, BPA-free bottles to try to break this habit. So I bought three Nalgene bottles in different colors. I think they're cute, but unscrewing the top and being confronted with that huge opening when you're just trying to take a sip requires some adjustment. So I got back on Ebay and bought two of these Easy Sipper inserts. After some trial and error, I can say that they do the trick. The key is to drop the insert into the bottle (with the drink opening positioned across from the lid) and just tap it lightly with your index finger. It seems like it won't stay put, but it will. If you push with any force, you'll find the Easy Sipper floating around in your water or tea.
