The first thing that struck me was how huge the shoulder strap is; Even on the smallest settings, it's too big. The strap seemed made for someone Hodor's size. I just figured I'd just buckle the strap on later and start using the bag. On the first day of use, the strap holding the extra case broke. Again since it had a second strap I just switched to it and continued. However, on the third day I noticed that the strap holding the buckle was only held by a thread. I'm glad I noticed before it broke. I had a 10 inch tablet, a bottle of water and a small drawing pad. It was far from the weight the bag was designed to carry.
