Great product for wellness and relaxation

I am a runner and musician and I find these massage balls to be a great way to relax aching and/or tight muscles. I've recently discovered massage therapy that helps me with some annoying repetitive movement problems while playing the piano, but since I can't afford massages once a week, these massage balls (along with my big foam roller) are the next best thing. I actually have one at home and one in the car to use when I'm on the road.
