wanted to like it so much but was disappointed

I was very disappointed. I had most adjustments in one direction at most and that wasn't enough. I was considering returning it (when someone else in my family decided to give it a try). I thought it was a lot of money that is now not being used for my own needs. Some important things people would probably like to know: 1) The back pad is one piece (doesn't come off). It just moves up/down a little bit. I don't have much rear end (so I'm told) but mine didn't fit comfortably in the space the pillow left in the fully folded position unless I pushed the seat all the way forward (well, at this point, um To make room for my bum, the seat was all the way forward and the backrest all the way up (note: the person in my family who sat in the chair has a smaller butt.) to do this in the right spot than it cannot be removed 2) The backrest was pushing me forward off the backrest, and I couldn't make full use of the armrests (FYI: they don't articulate with the backrest). !). So I also adjusted the armrests all the way forward but they don't move enough so their use is very limited because they don't adjust enough. The chair is actually made for those who are very wide and sit very far forward in the seat. Who is wide but sits in front? How many very broad but flat people do I know? Well, none. FYI, I've done my fair share of workplace ergonomic assessments, including for people with special needs, and I'm well versed in ergonomic chair brands. I was hoping to get this chair but am a bit disappointed with the purchase. I do not recommend this chair due to insufficient ergonomics for practical use. This is an expensive chair that I totally regret buying.
