So many people have commented that it won't fully expand. We had similar problems but quickly resolved! Some of the memory foam will fully expand, but the firmer foam on the back corner flap won't expand after a few hours. We got creative and pulled this piece out of the suitcase and left it on the top shelf in our bathroom while we showered. When we were done we crushed the foam a little in the steam room and it got the perfect shape. I hope this helps others in the rare situation that someone is facing this issue.
