It was easy to set up the labeler, load labels and get started. Don't try to change needles, it won't help. Once you take out the original needle, it's almost impossible to put in a new one and keep the device running. I loaded another needle, added markers and used the machine, my needle shooting out of my device across the room. This happened two more times before pointing my device straight into the box and not through my clothing. I have returned this item.
