ZERO STARS - The system won't let me ship this without a star - DO NOT purchase this product. I bought this product in February 2019. I invested in what I thought was the highest quality juicer. Just remember - it is NOT. The car began to fail after a year of ownership. I called and there was a guy named Rocco who fired me both times I spoke to him. He never offered to return this product for inspection/repair, instead rejecting my need for customer service. I called 3 more times, spoke twice to a lady who couldn't help me. I emailed Rocco asking for help. Still refuses to take responsibility. The juicer leaks, vibrates and shakes as it moves across the counter. It also allows for very loud screeching noises. It's very scary. I have to turn it off because it seems dangerous. This is very puzzling because the juice comes out but leaks and I'm afraid of its malfunction. We must stop and wash all the details. It's a lot of work to know that there is this problem with the machine. I paid $2645.65 for this juicer. I have many friends who own Omega juicers and have had them for over 10 years. I never thought I would have problems like this with a juicer that costs so much more. My mom has had a juicer since the 1970's and her juicer has never failed. I've tried the juicer many times and sometimes it works with no vibration but other times it leaks and makes noise. It's weird how sometimes it works partially well, and other times it works like a loud, obnoxious beast that's about to explode. I do not recommend this product as the manufacturer does nothing to help me. I just asked for a new juicer to be sent to me. This one is clearly defective and it scares everyone in my family when they decide to fail.
