My 18 month old daughter is sleep trained and has been trained to only sleep in pitch dark chilled white noise environments... in the past she has been horrible to travel with, even on day trips, if she misses the daytime sleep (she doesn't fall asleep if it doesn't get dark). This thing is a clutch, it's very easy to use and it definitely got the job done. Very light and breathable, letting cold air in and hot air out. I recommend this product for all picky sleepers!
