Review on 🔌 Optimized Electric Welding Systems for Professionals by Julius Hunter

This is an ongoing review that will be updated over time as I learn all the intricacies of this device. I have ordered a 240V device, mostly made of durable, high-quality materials. So the first problem is solved with a monkey: the instructions say to "align the pliers” before starting work. To align, loosen four screws as directed (one group of 4 screws, two groups, one top and one bottom. Note: our screws are slightly different lengths, take care when reassembling). In addition, the manual uses a detailed graphic on a separate page of the booklet to show which parts can be separated. Of course, the tweezers should be easy to separate from the device, right? Not in my case. We very carefully fully unscrewed the top 4 screws as well as the protective yellow backplate to remove the top pliers (which are still attached to the thick wire mesh and metal case). It turns out there is a thin sleeve that helps secure the pliers in place. This was extremely effective at immobilizing the key, to the point where we were wondering if the key itself was bolted to the case, hence our extraction process. This bushing was not mentioned in the text of the manual and was not shown on the diagrams as far as I could tell. So if your pliers don't move when you try to adjust them simply by loosening those screws, this could very well be your problem.
