I'm not sure if this actually has a filter BUT.
Edited 10/30/17: Just ordered the second one. Two days ago I dropped my iPad on a concrete driveway. This protective film ripped, but after I removed it my iPad was perfectly fine. I don't know if it actually has a blue light filter, but it's a good screen protector. It applies easily (no bubbles) and is almost invisible once turned on.
