Get a bigger screw! on Samsung px2370. The instructions say to reuse the screw for the base of this mount. NOT NECESSARY! It's barely long enough to tighten. I tightened the screw as much as possible without removing it. It seemed "kinda" safe, so I installed it. I sat down and tried to adjust the monitor for a good viewing angle, but it immediately jumped off its mount and crashed onto my desk and then onto the floor. The monitor is very lame now. It looks like digital viewing underwater. What an expensive mistake. If they supplied a screw that was only 1/4 inch longer, this wouldn't be a problem.
