I really had high hopes for this product. I would like to point out - returned without any problems and received a refund quickly. I have no claims on the seller, return policy and refund. The product itself. very disappointed. I feel like it was basically dangerous for my dog/size and style of car. If you have a big dog, not only in terms of weight but longer legs etc, a really big dog. I believe this product is not safe. I installed it correctly and carefully followed the instructions for extending and placing the legs (the legs are very poor quality). I spent an hour folding blankets, tried pool noodles and pillows to fill the space between the backrest and the product. I moved my front seat back so it's stable. My dog is the dog in the car. I can't wait to get inside. Don't want to go out when we get home. I charged it and immediately noticed that it felt unstable. I made more adjustments and tried again. Tried to drive down the street. Pulled slowly out of the driveway. I drove very slowly. 3 houses down and I was afraid he might break his leg it was so unstable. I stopped the car on the street. I escorted him home and then came back to pick up his car. I'm sure it fits in certain vehicles and is suitable for small to medium sized dogs in those specific vehicles, but I couldn't tell anyone to buy this product. I feel it's not safe.
