Bought, tried on, didn't fit, decided on a different size. Well they weren't a size 10 and the only option I had to return was via UPS and pay a return postage fee even though I'm a Prime member and it said 'free postage and returns'. I contacted them twice and not once did they bother to help me or call me back. So I just sent it back and paid the stupid return postage fee that they falsely advertised as "free returns". Customer service was non-existent so I'm very disappointed that I wanted this shoe but I won't delve into it now.
