This company gets a 5/5 for customer service and a 4/5 for the product. I took this camera kayaking and it did a great job of keeping my Nikon dry. My camera did 12 (very wet) miles unscathed and I was able to get some fantastic shots early on. Unfortunately, towards the end of the trip, the inside of the suitcase was scratched by the end of the lens - not because the lens would normally reach the end of the suitcase, but simply by my movements with the camera, getting on and off the kayak, etc. as our ride along the river has ended, the suitcase has expired. When I got home, I notified the company and made suggestions to improve the design. I received a new case next week which I will be using again with some adjustments to ensure I don't scratch the inside again. Before I go on a big hike, I'll definitely practice taking photos with the suitcase on top of the camera, and I'll be very careful - as in the future - not to scratch the inside of the suitcase. If you have any problems I recommend contacting Aquapac through the warranty department.
