I recently purchased this USB data cable to use with my laptop to charge and sync my iPhone. I love all the features of this cable including overheat protection, overcharge protection, short circuit protection, MFi certification and more. Aesthetically, I also like the fact that the cable's blue glow (the color I bought) stays constant when plugged into a power source, but pulses when actively charging or syncing to let you know it's working . Also on the plus side is the fact that the light is bright enough to be seen, but not too bright to be distracting even in a dark room. Finally, the fact that the connectors are made of aluminum alloy adds to the quality of this cable.
