Twice already I got a green satin ribbon instead of a green jute. Your satin ribbon has a UPC code indicating it's green burlap, and it says so on the packaging. I reported the flagging error to them and they still couldn't fix it. I live very far away, so a 60 mile round trip to drop off a refund at a UPS pickup point is not something I enjoy doing. Don't order 3" green burlap ribbon from Mandala and fall into the same cycle as me.
