Wow how bright!
This is a bright white, cooler on the light intensity scale than a 'warm' incandescent bulb. If you're looking for a warmer, more yellowish light, look elsewhere. It's amazingly bright and the way it's worded can seriously brighten up a room. Located in the previously darker areas of the basement, they make (sorry) the difference between day and night. Just be aware that you get LOTS of light with them. One of them replaced a 75 watt incandescent bulb and it's amazing how much light it puts out.
