Not sure if it was an incompatibility issue or a docking station issue but my computer never recognized the docking station. I upgraded to Yosemite when I saw the OS requirements. After a failed first attempt, I restarted the computer with the device connected to the TB port. The computer still hasn't recognized the docking station. I had two drives connected to it, a monitor and a keyboard, and the device manager on the computer didn't show any devices connected to the TB port. The dock was powered on and the power light was on. Needless to say, I'm giving it back to Revane.
