Bought some time ago but just taken out of the box and hung up on Friday. First, there were already green plants at the bottom of the box that needed to be glued back. All three letters are off-center and tilted to one side. You can unscrew the frame and try to position the letters vertically by moving the material, but doing so will only move the letters further off center. The bows and greenery are attached to the top to hide the top of the letters and the included hooks stayed on my door for a full 5 minutes before falling to the floor with the letters. Since the green is too short to be firmly attached, most of it has come loose from the hooks falling off the door. Super bad quality and not worth the price.
