We have been using Pampers Pure nappies since our baby was born and are very happy. She had piercings on her back when she was a newborn for about 2 months so I like to put some big ones on her to cover her back. I also like her a little too big for airflow as she had a yeast diaper rash at a month but I don't think that has anything to do with those good diapers. The rash seemed to be from wiping with wet wipes rather than drying, so I keep her dry now and she hasn't had a butt rash in at least 3 months. I am very happy with these diapers! They smell great, like nothing! We tried the Luvs once and they smell terribly like diaper odor. My daughter has eczema on her neck and no problems with her hands on her feet so I think these diapers are good for babies' sensitive skin in general.
