Our 3 year old and even our 15 month old baby loves it! Even if they are fussy or irritable after meals or before bed, when they see me pull them out, an instant improvement in their attitude! lol. These napkins come in individual foil wrappers, you open the top and the napkin itself is roughly the size and shape of a credit card, maybe a little larger than a credit card. They are moistened with a xylitol solution and you simply rub them on your teeth, gums and the inside of your cheeks. And because they're packed in individual bags, they're super portable so you can use them anywhere, on the go! Our periodontist (former President of the Michigan Academy of Pediatric Dentistry) strongly recommended they use xylitol to help in the fight. Bacteria that cause tooth decay! I've tried them myself and they really do taste like grapes, they're sweet, almost like "lollipops" because of the xylitol, but the periodontist swears they're effective. I've only been using them on my little boys for a few months so I won't know how effective they are until they check their teeth again. But at the same time, they taste really great and help with irritability! Lol I will definitely give an update after her next review! UPDATE I've used these along with xylitol suction cups and our test had no cavities! Definitely 5 stars!
