I was afraid to fly with red eyes, but I had no choice. A few travel pillows I've used in the past didn't help me in my 60s. They didn't provide the support I needed, be it from the side or the front, leaving my neck sore and my sleep was minimal at best. But this pillow is different! It offers real support by keeping my head relatively upright so my neck doesn't get overloaded. I can actually sleep on a plane without feeling the pain I've had in the past. I am very happy with this pillow. The only recommendation I can give if you are considering a purchase is to measure your neck before ordering. Then consider the next smaller size if your neck measurement is somewhere between the two sizes. I ordered one for my neck size (17 inches) and it's a bit big. It works very well but I think I would be more comfortable with a tighter fit. However, this is by far the best travel pillow I've found.
