Essentially a tiny camp chair with a removable tray. It is very durable and easy to open and close. It fits easily in a travel bag, making it easy to carry. Removing the tray is a little tricky as you have to push and pull at the same time, but it's doable - one side at a time. It's a little easier to remove the tray when the child is sitting in it to make the seat a little heavier. We use it for our one year old when we need to eat outside at events for his big brother or when we decide to have a picnic in the park. It's a lot easier than trying to hold him while eating and the tray makes it easy. No more throwing loose plates. I think it would be great for camping too. We didn't use it on any chairs, we just lay down on a blanket on the floor - picnic style.
